Eddie Webb started out as a trainee on Hampshire building sites in the early 2000s - initial jobs as a general labourer, then five years as a second fix carpenter across new-build estates in Camberley, Sandhurst and Bracknell. By 2010 he was running two-man teams on refurb jobs for small developers, and between 2014 and 2024 he ran property services for a local lettings portfolio covering roughly 40 rentals.
Eddie Webb Ltd was founded in 2025 to bring that hands-on experience to homeowners, landlords and executors directly - without the markups, call-centres and paperwork games that make dealing with most national contractors frustrating. We're registered at Companies House (16248144) and hold Environment Agency waste carrier licence CBDU571133. Every job is invoiced, insured and traceable.
What you get: a local team that picks up the phone, shows up on time, writes the quote down, and owns the job end to end. No subcontracting, no "the lad will be round on Tuesday" and no hidden disposal costs on invoice day.

Direct, not brokered
The person who quotes the job is one of the people doing the job. You speak to Eddie or a named team member - never a call centre or a lead-generation middleman.

Paperwork by default
Every job comes with a written quote, itemised invoice, photos before and after, and (for clearances) a waste transfer note. Useful for deposit schemes, executors, landlords and insurance.

Fair, fixed pricing
Quotes are written, fixed and valid for 30 days. No call-out fees inside 15 miles of Yateley, no deposits, no cash-only discounts. Materials at trade price plus a 10% handling fee, always itemised.
