Booking in advance of the check-out date typically reduces total time by a day because the diary is blocked in.

Yes - portfolio landlords (two or more rentals) qualify for our landlord rate of £35 per hour rather than the standard £40, with one consolidated invoice per month rather than per-job. Changeover packages are priced fixed - two-bed flat £600-£900, three-bed house £800-£1,300 - inclusive of clearance disposal and photos. No call-out fees, no minimum spend, no annual retainer.
