One trusted team, year after year.
Scheduled inspections, seasonal jobs and reactive repairs for homes, rentals and small commercial buildings across Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.
Sandhurst Project February 2026
Overview
Looking after the place, year-round.
A well-maintained property costs roughly 1% of its value per year to keep in good condition - and neglected maintenance compounds fast. A £90 gutter clean avoids £2,500 in damp-course repairs two winters later. A £40 silicone bead stops a £600 bathroom floor refit.
Eddie Webb runs planned and reactive maintenance for around 30 ongoing clients across Yateley, Camberley, Sandhurst, Wokingham, Woking and Ascot. Most are contracted - two scheduled visits a year plus priority callout - because the maths works out cheaper than waiting for things to fail. We carry the stock you need on the van: sealants, common taps, switch plates, smoke alarm batteries and a spare fence panel.

What's Included
Six maintenance disciplines, one point of contact.
Routine Inspections
Scheduled property checks on a quarterly or twice-yearly cycle. We catch slow leaks, early damp, failing sealant and loose roof tiles before they turn into insurance claims.
Seasonal Maintenance
Gutter clears in October and March, exterior paint touch-ups in April, heating system pre-winter checks in September. Weather-led jobs sequenced to suit Hampshire's seasons.
Repairs & Upkeep
Tap cartridges, sticking doors, cracked tiles, blown plaster, failed bathroom sealant - the £80-£400 maintenance tickets that keep a property running.
Grounds Maintenance
Lawn cuts on a fortnightly or monthly contract, hedge trims twice a year, leaf clearance, path jet-washing. We collect and dispose of green waste under our waste carrier licence.
Commercial Properties
Small office blocks, retail units and shared-use buildings across Camberley and Wokingham. Reactive and scheduled PPM work, invoiced monthly to the managing agent.
Emergency Response
Urgent call-outs for burst pipes, broken locks, storm-damaged roofing and fallen fencing. One emergency slot per week reserved for Yateley, Camberley and Sandhurst.
Maintenance FAQ
Things clients ask first.
What does property maintenance cover?
Property maintenance covers the scheduled and reactive upkeep of a building: routine inspections, seasonal jobs (gutters, heating, weatherproofing), small repairs, grounds and hedge maintenance, and emergency response to things like burst pipes or storm damage. For Eddie Webb clients in Hampshire, it is typically delivered either as a maintenance contract (quarterly visits plus priority call-out) or on an ad-hoc per-job basis. Contracts start at £120 per quarter for a standard three-bed.
How often should a property be inspected?
A well-run inspection cycle runs twice a year on an owner-occupied home and quarterly on a rental. Spring inspections (March-April) catch winter damage: blocked gutters, storm-loosened tiles, flaked exterior paint. Autumn inspections (September-October) prepare for winter: heating checks, lagging, gutter clears and exterior sealants. Commercial buildings and HMOs typically need quarterly visits plus compliance dates (Gas Safety, EICR, fire alarm) diaried separately.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Eddie Webb runs maintenance contracts for private homeowners, landlords and small commercial properties across Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey. Typical contracts include two scheduled visits per year, priority same-week call-out, a discounted labour rate (£35/hour rather than £40/hour) and a written inspection report after each visit. Pricing starts around £120 per quarter for a three-bed home; commercial premises quoted per site.
Can you respond to emergencies?
For clients inside the Yateley-Camberley-Sandhurst triangle, yes - usually same day during working hours and next morning out of hours. Common emergencies we attend: frozen or burst pipes, broken window and door locks after break-ins, fallen fence panels after storms, roof leaks after heavy rain, failed heating mid-winter. Call 07823 334535. Further out (Woking, Ascot, Basingstoke) response is typically 24-48 hours.
How is property maintenance priced?
Two common structures: (1) ad-hoc per-job quotes at £40 per hour / £220 per day plus materials, or (2) a fixed quarterly contract that bundles two inspection visits, priority call-out and a discounted labour rate. Contract clients typically pay 15-20% less overall across a year because callouts are pre-diaried and job list-batched. Materials are at trade price plus a 10% handling fee, always itemised on invoice.
