These terms of service govern your use of the Eddie Webb website and the services provided by Eddie Webb Ltd (Company No. 16248144). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Agreement
By accessing https://www.eddiewebb.com or engaging Eddie Webb to carry out work, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Our services
Eddie Webb provides handyman services, property maintenance, removals and house clearance across Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey. Specific services include but are not limited to:
- Landlord services and tenant changeovers
- General handyman repairs and maintenance
- Painting, decorating and property improvements
- Local and long-distance removals
- House clearance, probate clearance and hoarding cleanup
- Garden maintenance and exterior work
All work is subject to availability and carried out at our discretion based on the scope agreed.
Quotes and pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary if the scope of work changes after the initial quote.
For larger jobs, we may require a deposit before work begins. Payment terms will be agreed in writing before any work starts.
Bookings and cancellations
Once a booking is confirmed, we will allocate time and resources to your job. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.
- 48+ hours notice: no charge.
- Less than 48 hours: we may charge a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.
- Same-day cancellation: a fee equivalent to the call-out charge may apply.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather, illness, or circumstances beyond our control. We will give you as much notice as possible.
Limitation of liability
Eddie Webb takes reasonable care in all work undertaken. However, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
- Pre-existing defects or damage to property that become apparent during or after work.
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Any loss or damage arising from the use of this website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the services provided.
Insurance
We carry appropriate public liability insurance for the services we provide. Details of our insurance cover are available on request.
Waste disposal
Eddie Webb Ltd is a registered upper-tier waste carrier with the Environment Agency (Registration: CBDU571133). All waste collected during house clearances, removals and maintenance work is disposed of responsibly and in accordance with current waste regulations.
We recycle and donate items wherever possible to minimise landfill waste.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and design, is the property of Eddie Webb Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.
Website use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the website in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Submit false, misleading or abusive content through our forms or chatbot.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the website.
Complaints

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to provide a full response within 10 working days.

Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
